WATER WONDERLAND DATA USAGE
The WWBR offers an IDX solutions to all participants. This allows agents, brokers, and offices to place MLS data on their website. Like most MLSs, UPAR does not allow the distribution of data to third party sites or modification of listings that are not your own.

IDX DATA
The data that is available for UPAR IDX is clean data and updates daily. There are some very specific guidelines on the use and display of data. These guidelines apply to both the framed and integrated solutions. CoreLevel is in compliance with all Water Wonderland Board of Realtors rules and regulations.

IDX FEES
There are small fees charged by WWBR for the use of their MLS data. They offer a framed version or a FTP version for the same price.

MAPPING SOLUTIONS
Using a map search function is not recommended for this MLS. One of the significant problems with MLS mapping searches is the amount of listings that cannot be mapped accurately. In a random check of WWBR MLS listings, less then 50% of the listings could be accurately mapped to their address. This is the result of incorrectly entered addresses and incomplete data from the census for many rural areas. This means an IDX mapping solution for the Water Wonderland Board would not show or accurately represent nearly half of all properties. Mapping solutions are not recommended in this MLS, however, mapping to individual properties with disclaimers stating the accuracy is acceptable.
