RMLS USAGE
RMLS is available to all designated brokers and MLS participants. This means that all of the options for integration are available to all MLS members.

IDX DATA
The data that is available for RMLS IDX is clean data that is updated daily. The RMLS does not allow posting of listing addresses on the internet, however, it has no restrictions on mapping addresses.

IDX FEES
The RMLS charges a small one time setup fee to establish an IDX feed.

MAPPING SOLUTIONS
Using a map search function should be carefully considered for this MLS. One of the significant problems with MLS mapping searches is the number of listings that cannot be mapped accurately. In a random check of RMLS listings, only 79.7% of the listings could be accurately mapped to their address with another 11.5% mapped to the street. On the down side, 10.1% could only be mapped to the zip code. This means in a search by map, nearly 10% of property results will not be found in the search. Therefore, the recommendation for the RMLS is a good MLS search with optional mapped results.
